  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Product Solutions, Inc. ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. This is due to the restrictions put on US bear sprays. Note: Persons from the US are allowed to enter Canada carrying EPA registered bear sprays as long as it is for their own personal use and provided they bring the spray back when they renter the United States. The FAA does not allow bear sprays to be carried in luggage when traveling by air.

    For all orders under 1lb. the shipping rates are as follows: USPS Parcel Post ground shipping (2-9 days) excluding Alaska and Hawaii ships for $3.95. Additional charges apply for orders weighing over 1 pound. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • Return Policy

  • All products come in factory packaging and are inspected before shipping. In the event your order arrives damaged or is defective in some way simply return that product postmarked within 3 days of your received date. It is necessary to email or call us before sending it back so we can get your claim started. As long as the defective product is in new and unused condition a full refund along with your shipping costs will be issued.
